Bio
A Los Angeles native, Jim Stewart grew up in the South Bay region of L.A. County. His career includes 25 years in corporate media and events, 11 years at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, and intermittent work as a freelance audio/visual producer/director. He served as Amateur Mendicant (treasurer) of The Non-Canonical Calabashes (The Sherlock Holmes Society of Los Angeles), was two term President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Television Association, and President of the California State Association of Parliamentarians for 1999 – 2000 and again from 2009 – 2012. He now serves as Director at Large on the Board of the National Association of Parliamentarians where he also chairs the Special Committee on Education and Credentialing(See list below.) He received his B.A. in Theatre Arts and Philosophy from California State University Dominguez Hills.
